Products, Pricing & Availability
All products (“Items”) are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
Prices are shown in INR and include applicable taxes. While we strive to keep pricing accurate, errors may occur. If there is a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to confirm or cancel your order.
Payment Terms
Payment is processed via Razorpay, a third-party payment aggregator. By placing an order, you authorize Razorpay to charge your selected payment method.
We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Digital Wallets. For Cash on Delivery (COD), payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.
All payments are subject to successful authorization by your bank or payment provider. We are not responsible for delays or failures outside our control.
Order Confirmation & Cancellation
Once your payment is authorized, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, fraud detection, or unavailable stock.
You may cancel an order within 4 hours of placement, provided it has not yet shipped. Cancellations can be made via your account or by contacting us at returns@hafhafclothing.com. Cancellations after this window may not be possible.

Returns & Refunds
All returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. In summary:
- Standard refunds (all payment modes): 5–7 working days after initiation
- Store Credit: Processed within 24 hours
