Shipping

• Prepaid orders: Rs. 70
• COD orders: Rs. 90
• Free shipping on prepaid orders above Rs. 2500
• Delivery in 4 to 7 working days via Shiprocket

Returns

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Must be requested through our site
• Reverse pickup fee: Rs. 100 (deducted from refund)
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and sent with original packaging and tags

Refunds

• Prepaid: to original payment method (3 to 5 working days post-QC)
• COD: Haf & Haf gift card via email/SMS (valid for 30 days)

Exchanges

• One-time size exchange allowed (based on availability)
• No exchange for different color or product
• Once exchanged and delivered, no further returns/exchanges

Notes

• All return/exchange requests must go through the Haf & Haf site
• Missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Orders placed using store credit or discount codes are not eligible for return
• Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable
• Discount/coupon code amounts are non-refundable
