At Haf & Haf, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations. This Returns & Refund Policy outlines the process for returning products and obtaining refunds.

Return Eligibility

Return Window

  • Standard Items: 15 days from the date of delivery
  • Special Sale Items: Return period may be reduced to 7 days (clearly indicated on the product page)

Return Conditions

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Must retain all original tags and packaging
  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or use
  • Include all accessories and free gifts received with the order

Non-Returnable Items

  • Underwear, socks, and other intimate wear
  • Sale items marked as Final Sale
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to customer negligence
  • Products returned after the return window

Return Process

Initiating a Return

  • Log in to your Haf & Haf account
  • Go to My Orders
  • Select the order containing the item(s) to return
  • Click Return Item(s) and follow the instructions

Return Shipment

Schedule Pickup (Recommended)
  • Schedule a pickup from your address
  • Our logistics partner will collect the item
  • A ₹49 convenience fee will be deducted from your refund
Self-Ship Return
  • Print the return label from your confirmation email
  • Pack the item securely in original or equivalent packaging
  • Drop off at the nearest courier partner location
  • Keep your receipt or tracking information

Return Tracking

  • Email confirmation will be sent once return request is approved
  • Track return status in My Orders
  • We’ll notify you upon receipt and processing

Refund Process

Refund Methods & Timeline

  • Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Digital Wallets, COD: 5–7 working days
  • Store Credit: Within 24 hours
  • Instant Refunds: Available via Razorpay (upon request to returns@hafhafclothing.com)

Refund Amount

Your refund will include:
  • Product price (adjusted if partial returns impact bundle discounts)
  • Taxes paid on returned item
It will not include:
  • Original shipping charges
  • Gift-wrapping charges
  • Return pickup convenience fee
  • Promotional discounts tied to the returned item

Exchanges

Exchange Process

  • Follow the return steps above
  • Select Exchange instead of Return
  • Choose preferred size/color/style (subject to availability)

Exchange Shipping

  • New item shipped after receiving original
  • Standard shipping fees apply
  • Free exchange shipping on orders above ₹999

Damaged or Defective Items

Reporting

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue

Resolution

  • Full refund (including shipping)
  • Replacement of the same item
  • Store credit with an extra 10% bonus

Cancellations

Order Cancellation

  • Cancel within 4 hours (if not shipped)
  • Cancel via My Orders or email us

Cancellation Refunds

  • Processed within 24–48 hours to the original payment method

Store Credit & Gift Cards

Store Credit

  • Valid for 12 months
  • Usable on any website purchase
  • Non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash

Gift Cards

  • Non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash
  • Returns from gift card purchases are issued as store credit

International Returns

Return Process

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Contact customer service before sending return
  • Customs duties/taxes are not refunded

Refund Timeline

  • May take 14–21 business days to process after receipt

Special Circumstances

  • Late Returns: After 15 days, may be accepted for store credit only
  • Lost Returns: Contact us with tracking info for investigation
