Returns
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Must be requested through our site
- Reverse pickup fee: Rs. 100 (deducted from refund)
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and sent with original packaging and tags
Refunds
- Prepaid: to original payment method (3 to 5 working days post-QC)
- COD: Haf & Haf gift card via email/SMS (valid for 30 days)
Exchanges
- One-time size exchange allowed (based on availability)
- No exchange for different color or product
- Once exchanged and delivered, no further returns/exchanges
Notes
- All return/exchange requests must go through the Haf & Haf site
- Missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Orders placed using store credit or discount codes are not eligible for return
- Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable
- Discount/coupon code amounts are non-refundable
- If a discount code (e.g., HAF10) was used, the refund will be recalculated based on products retained
